You can cancel up to 12 hours before an appointment without being charged. For example, if your appointment is at 7pm you need to cancel your appointment by 7am avoid being charged.
Any "No Shows" will be charged the full amount for their missed service.
Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be charged for missed appointment.
All customers must add their payment card to the booking system. No money will be taken unless they fail to show to their appointment outside of the cancellation window. This is to protect my business and my income.
You may pay Cash or Card in the shop after your appointment.
